You only need to install Solar Designer on the other computers if you want to edit the projects in anyway. I suspect that you only want to merge the 2D/3D images into Word or print them on another printer. So in Solar Designer you can save any of the views using the 'Save View as picture', located in the Views toolbar. You can save either the 2D or 3D view depending which is the current select view. You can save as .bmp, .jpg, .png, .gif. and transfer this to any other (via mail/network/dongle) . You can also print the views to a printer or to a pdf writer if you prefer to save as a pdf file. The report generator also creates pdf files that can also be transferred in same way.

I have installed Visual Building onto my main office computer, but also need the files on a second and possibly third computer to incorperate the plans and 3D views in customer quotes. How do I achieve this? Do I need to install on the other computers as well?
