I just had an email from a user asking if there are any tools to easily stretch a room, floorplan or building. There is! The feature is available in all versions of Visual Building, and is hidden away in the Edit tool bar. From the Edit toolbar select Edit building from the drop down list to expose 8 additional tools:

Extend current floor
Extend current building
Extend allbuildings
Rotate building
Rotate building by reference point
Mirror building
Move building
Copy building
