Catalogue items can be copied between different versions. For example a user that creates doors / windows and other 3D objects, using tools that are only available only in the Premium or Professional versions, can still be copied into other versions of the software including Basic and Lite.
So there is no need to create the object each time, just locate the file in the catalogue and copy it. To keep a several copies of similar objects, ie a window type in different sizes you can duplicate the file and have then have several catalogue entries for the different objects. Hi,
I have just been re-viewing several of your tutorial video's. When windows/doors etc are customised, by the end user, & saved to the catalogue, is it possible to back-up the updated catalogue? You quite rightly allow a single purchase of your software to run on a laptop & a desktop but it would be very time consuming to create each customised item twice. Far easier to create the item once and transfer to second machine. Is this possible ? Clive |
